Participants of all fitness levels are welcome at FreeStar Games. You don’t have to be in elite shape, as all events are designed to push YOU and YOUR personal best. Our community is supportive and encouraging to everyone.

The After Party!!
After you’ve enjoyed the FreeStar Games, you’re invited to join the after-party with a live DJ, food, and beverages. Hangout and reminisce about the FreeStar Games with your old and new gym buddies. Food and drink are provided for all participants!

FreeStar Games Exercise Stations
1. Row Ergometer – Max Distance (4 Minutes)
2. Deadlift – 60 seconds (total weight x reps)
3. Pull-Ups – 60 seconds (reps completed | band assistance)
4. Box Up & Over – 60 seconds (total reps in 1 minute x 18″ women, 24″ Men”
5. Push-Ups – 60 seconds (total reps)
6. Russian Leg Raise – 60 seconds (total reps)
7. Tire Flips – 60 seconds (total flips x 125lbs or 420lbs)
8. HexBar Farmer’s Carry – (weight x distance)
9. KB Single Arm Snatch – (total max reps x weight)
10. Outdoor Obstacle Race – (run around, over, and past obstacles x 500 yards)
