We have Teen Summer Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 1 pm. Classes are 60 minutes long.
$15 drop in.
$60 - 5 session class pack.
*Our coaches will teach all class participants why and how to warm up, strength train with age-appropriate resistance, use different types of equipment correctly, and properly stretch after exercise. (We even squeeze in talks about nutrition during the warm-up/cool-down).*
*All exercises are certified by the ACSM & to be safe & effective for ages 10-20*
