Small Group Training


Designed for the individual who is new to the gym setting or has been away from it for some time. This program will get you comfortable with the fundamentals and slowly help progress your stabilization and core strength.


If you know your way around the gym, but you’re ready to kick things up with a more structured program, this is for you! This intermediate level program will help you push your aerobic conditioning as well as your overall full-body strength.


This program was created for those of you who already live an active and fit life, but are ready to take things to a whole new level. Elite Athlete has the perfect balance of cardio, conditioning, strength training, and functional movement which also makes it ideal for anyone training for a specific event or sport.


• Twice weekly “semi-private” small group training sessions (2-4 clients) 

• (3) Three 1-on-1 coaching sessions 

• 8 week “20 minute” at-home workout routine 

• Coach/Trainer availability during entire program 

• Body measurement tracking with trainer
