FAQ’s about Our Bootcamp

How do I sign up for Bootcamp?

Signing up for Freedom Fitness Gym Bootcamp is easy and convenient! You can either sign up online through our website or visit us in person. If you prefer to sign up online, simply navigate to “Memberships” page, click on the package you wish to purchase, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, if you’d like to sign up in person, our trainers are available to guide you through the process. Remember to bring a valid ID and your payment method. We offer various membership options, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

What if I'm a beginner?

If you’re new to working out, don’t worry — our bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels!

According to WebMD, bootcamp-style workouts help beginners improve strength, flexibility, and endurance quickly through guided, full-body training.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! We support our hard working parents, and we’re happy to accommodate your little ones while you get your Bootcamp work out in! We have a dedicated play area for kids where they can have fun in a safe environment while you enjoy your workout. The play area is equipped with various toys and activities suitable for children of different ages. Please note that while children are welcome in the play area, its up to the parent or guardian to keep an eye on them all times for their safety.

What should I bring to my first Bootcamp session?

Great question — and don’t worry, you don’t need anything fancy to get started! Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Supportive sneakers are a must, since we’ll be doing a mix of cardio and strength movements during Bootcamp.

Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and a willingness to challenge yourself in a fun, supportive environment. And hey — leave your ego at the door. Everyone starts somewhere, Don’t underestimate what showing up as your authentic self can do for yourself and others . The bar for self-improvement is not as high as our minds may make it out to be.

Our Bootcamp and Gym as a whole is all about showing up, giving your best, and having a great time doing it!

Is Bootcamp Intense?

Not in a “shout-in-your-face” kind of way. Our Bootcamp is designed to challenge you — not break you. We follow the philosophy supported by Healthline, which highlights that boot camp workouts incorporate cardio, strength training, and speed elements, and they usually require minimal equipment. That means smart training, listening to your body, and working with fun-loving trainers who genuinely care. You’ll sweat, smile, and surprise yourself — surrounded by people just like you who are here to grow, not compete.

This approach not only enhances the credibility of our program but also reassures participants that our Bootcamp is designed with their safety and well-being in mind.

Do I need to be in shape before starting Bootcamp?

Absolutely not. That’s one of the biggest myths we hear — and we’re here to bust it. You don’t need to be in shape to start Bootcamp. In fact, most people join our Bootcamp because they want to get IN shape, not because they already are.

Our trainers are pros at meeting you where you’re at. Every workout is scalable, which means you’ll get a version of the movement that fits your current level — whether you’re just starting out or are already active. There’s no judgment, no pressure, just a supportive group of people all working toward their personal goals.

Remember: fitness isn’t a finish line; it’s a journey — and Bootcamp is a great place to begin yours.

What happens after the 21-day Bootcamp ends?

We get this question a lot because once people experience the energy, results, and community of our Bootcamp, they don’t want it to stop! The good news? It doesn’t have to.

After your 21-day Bootcamp, we’ll help you keep the momentum going with options to continue training, join ongoing group classes, special yoga/fitness events, or level up into one of our advanced programs. You’ll already have the foundation — now it’s about building on it.

Whether you want to maintain your results, keep getting stronger, or set a brand-new goal, we’ve got your back. We’re not just here for three weeks — we’re here for the long game.

Let’s keep growing together.

What if I’m nervous to start?

That’s completely normal — and honestly, it means you care.

But here’s the truth: everyone in our Bootcamp was once a beginner too.

The hardest part is showing up, and once you do, you’ll feel the energy and support that makes this community special and worth showing up for.
