If you're looking for a washboard stomach or just simply to take some inches off the waistline, then this is your class. It's not all sit-ups and crunches though. We do a lot of different types of exercises to keep it interesting and effective, and we throw in cardio to help widdle that waist down.

BOOT CAMP CLASSES
With 8 different class times throughout the day, you'll find a time to fit your schedule. Boot Camp is every day of the week, Monday - Friday.
Mornings: 6am, 7:15am, 8:45am, 10am
Evenings: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Cross training workouts focusing on strength & conditioning exercises.
Tuesday, Thursday - Interval training workouts focusing on core/abs & conditioning exercises.
